Headphones For Gaming And Music Good Reviews

My son loves these headphones for his gaming and music.

All I have to say is, all the reviews I watched on YouTube were right. They’re a complete steal at the price point they’re at. For music they sound amazing, they take eq so well I find myself listening to music just as often as gaming. For gaming they sound great as well. They are heavy though, and I had a fitting issue at first but I removed one of the screws and that works. I’d buy them for $500 and still be happy. I hope they last for years to come

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been playing computer video games right after the invention of the wheel in every configuration possible in both video and audio. I went from a highfalutin 5.1 surround system to mutiple experiments with 2.1 systems.but nothing engaged me fully in the gaming until now. Set up was again very easy with the dongle connection to the computers USB, download the JBL Quantum app and you are at the starting gate. Click on the 7.1 channel set up and it will launch a video on how to configure the headphones with Windows.This is when the fun starts. Press test after configuration and you will hear the 7.1 surround test pattern swirling around your head.Very cool. It took a little while for my brain to adapt to the ambience that these headphone provide and doing so wirelessly! Footsteps, voices in various enviroments, shot gun blast, and explosions, drew me into the game.Soon the headphones disappered and the gaming expierence became more pronouced and involving. Even my old games that I played over a million times had a new lease on life. But wait theres more. Besides my music library in my computer, I also stream music. Now I can listen to music with these headphones without being tied down to the computer. In fact the distance from the computer was very very impressive. Did I like these? Absolutly killer for gaming and music! They have not left my head!

Wouldn't choose any other over-ear headphones for day-day music/gaming at home. Excellent audio quality, incredibly comfortable; I can/do wear these for up to 12 hours a day, and they are so comfortable that I do not get heaphone-fatigue. You won't be disappointed.

I bought these headphones before Christmas and have been using them while gaming and listening to music on my PC. The sound is amazing and they are really comfortable even after using them for hours in a row. The noise canceling feature works great.

I love these headphones. I use them on my computer for gaming and for music. Using a creative labs dedicated sound card to power them they really have a good clean sound. The bass is there with some thump and the mids and highs are there without being blown out or over shadowed. I have a pair of Audio-technnica ATH-A550z and I think the Tascam have a better sound. The fit is not quite as sealing as I would like but everyone has a different head shape so I know one size fits all usually fits none. For the price I definitely recommend them.

These head phones was packaged nicely with their own gray draw string velvet like bag. A cardboard head phone separator and appropriate cords and connectors. As well as a detailed booklet. Also a one month of Xbox game pass was included. The headphones are comfortable, adjustable with just the right amount of padding that don’t weigh them down, yet you don’t hear anything but the games and music crystal clear. These have a flip up to mute microphone that has clear sound when I do chat. Loved the lighting as well on the sides. To adjust the sound and controls were separated enough that you could control and adjust with out hitting other adjustment controls. These paired wirelessly with my cellphone and X box quickly. With my lap top I did use the C to USB cord. I can’t wait to try these with my other gaming systems.

I have only owned these headphones for a short time but I absolutely LOVE them. I"m already addicted to them. .lol. To me the music sounds even better than being at a concert. It's all there the bass guitar and drums sound awesome. I love to hear the symbols to and the highs sound just as good as the bass. To talk to someone all you have to do is speak and the music will kick off and you can hear plain as day and when your finished talking they kick right back on. I looked for about two months off and on, reading reviews all over the net and kept coming back to these and I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. I'm very happy I got these and not something else. I'm not into writing reviews but I looked for so long before I made up my mind that I hope this helps someone that is doing the same.

I am a lifelong audiophile, but, due to a few life changes, find myself living a condo where I'm aware of how often my neighbots vacuum or do laundry. The big sound system was sold more than a year ago, but I still needed to scratch that itch of listening to fabulous music presented as pristinely as possible and at appropriate volumes. Headphones seemed the only way to go.Given current economics, I'm very value oriented. When the price of the HD600s, a pair of cans that have earned many glowing reviews, dropped below $300, I pulled the trigger. To extract audio from computer files and drive the headphones, I chose the E-MU 0404. I don't have any immediate need to do recording, but may in the future since I now have the capability.I am thoroughly pleased with these headphones. The adjective balanced is used in many other reviews of these 'phones, and it's very appropriate. There is no area of frequency response that seems exaggerated or lacking. Violins sound like violins. Kick drums sound like kick drums. Dynamics are rendered very well. A plucked guitar string has an almost visceral attack. I particularly enjoy orchestral crecendos with no compression and each instrument still having its own voice.These cans are also very light and comfortable, suitable for hours of continuous listening.The only comprimise I'm making over the big system is the visceral impact of low bass. Just no way to get that punch with headphones.One possible con for these 'phones is that they are an open design with no reduction of outside sounds. Your office mate should develop a teste in your music.
