Headphones With Mic And Webcam

Works great for ethernet, a USB-C lapel mic, and a webcam. I wish it had an audio port for headphones, but I guess it doesn't need to have everything for it's price. The build quality is a lot higher than I expected, very sturdy. The USB-C male cable (to connect to computer) is a bit short, but that likely improve durability.

I wasn't expecting broadcast quality, but this was a huge improvement over the webcam mic.

Excellent mic and headphones for the money

I teach Zumba fitness classes via Zoom and needed a mic to give quality music sound for participants. Using my webcam mic did not pick up my voice well over the music because it is across the room from me. The Snowball iCE can be placed close to me and projects both my voice and music well. Students are very happy with improved quality. I Recommend it for fitness instructors who livestream and want an affordable set up. I plug Snowball and webcam into laptop, place the Snowball close to my position, play music from my tablet through a blue tooth speaker that sits near the mic.

I'm sorry to say, I disagree with Greg who gave this item 4 stars due to the power buttons and power indicator lights. I like having the power buttons. I connected my webcam and an external mic to the hub and leave the power off for them when they're not in use. Since they are physical switches and not computer or software controlled, it lessens my worries about malware taking over my webcam and/or external mic. Also, it's easier to hit the power switches than having to plug in the webcam and mic when I need to, especially for incoming calls. So for me, yes, the power switches come in handy. The unit works fine. It runs my other USB devices fine. It charges my phone fine. And, when I need it, it runs the webcam and external mic fine, too. So, this is a nice little unit that, in my humble opinion, is a good value for the money, especially is you have any USB devices you want to be able to turn on and off at will.

I use this mic as an alternative to the mic on my webcam to record church services. I cannot believe the sound. It truly sounds as good as it looks. Easy to hook up, easy to run and great sound. I thought I was going to have to spend a little money for like a blue yeti or something to get good quality audio but I found this samson go mic and it is as good as yeti or better and a quarter of the price. Only problem is coming up with the little filter that goes in front of the mic. If you are looking for a good sounding mic this is it.

Logitech C920s HD Webcam does the job beautifully and if needed, the mic capability for zoom calls is still at a high quality enough to even play music on my end and be heard without too much distortion on the other end of my transmission. Of course, the video definition is terrific especially for the reasonable price. I highly recommend this product!

When the classes I teach went online last Spring I was too late in ordering a Webcam. They all were on backorder and I had to suffer through teaching with a very old Webcamera. Well, this camera was worth the wait with its amazing clarity of a picture, and its ability to attach to my boom mic stand with a Mic Stand Swivel Adapter. The old one had to be ducktaped to the mic stand.
