Headphones With Mic For Teams Calls

I purchased this mic for web calls (Zoom, Teams, etc). Audio quality is best from 6-12 inches; however, the mic picks up quite well from 12-18 inches as well. From this distance, one can keep it out of view during a video call and improve audio quality significantly. One note, it is somewhat large/tall, which can take up some space on your desk and/or get in your view of your monitor(s), all depending on your setup, of course.

Really good little mic and a great addition for my zoom/teams calls. Been making a ton of these video calls from my computer (for obvious reasons) and this has been very helpful. My computer set-up has the built-in cpu mic too far for good audio. I've had to talk very loud for people to hear me well. This mic has improved my voice a lot. Now I can talk normally with zero problems and the sound quality is much better. Although I have not been in this situation, I think it would come in handy when there is multiple people also. Just place it between the people talking and you should be good to go. Also, the build quality seems fantastic and super sturdy. Made of metal construction with some nice weight to it. It feels like it will last a long, long time. I love that it has a mute button on top of it, with a bright light, letting you know clearly if it is on or off (green on, red off). This is super convenient. No need to search around with your mouse to locate the little button on the zoom/teams app. And no more talking with the mic off accidentally because the lights make it obvious. This is so helpful, especially when making a presentation. I also love that it comes with a long usb cable that disconnects from the mic itself. Like I previously mentioned, my cpu is a good distance from me, so having a nice long cable makes it very easy to connect. That's fantastic and appreciated. Also, having the cable removable is great, because that connection is usually the weak point that could possibly break. This eliminates that which is nice. Great addition to my V-Moda headphones so that I can use the mic for video conference calls.

Am able to connect a professional studio mic and headphones to my iPad with this! Totally rocks for webinars, teleconference calls, Skype coaching calls, Blab, any two way communications or video conferencing apps. My only pet peeve is that my RODE VideoMicro does not work on it. :( Not sure if that is because of the cable or the mic. Still need to test some other mics to be sure.

It's better than using the default mics on my headphones and I like that it has the aux plug to connect your headphones to it as well! It's super simple to use, I just plugged it into my computer and it was ready!

Very nice headset, and very comfortable to wear (light; snug, but not overly so, against your ears). It does a nice job noise-cancelling on my end - with two settings to choose from - and people on the other end of meetings/calls say I sound good with no background noise even though I work in an open office with a lot of coworkers around. I like the fact that it is a USB-C headset but with a USB-A adapter permanently attached for when you want to use the headset with an older computer or device without USB-C. I also like that there are volume up/down and mute buttons on the cord. I don't use the "Teams" button to answer calls as I tend to just use my mouse to click on Teams calls since my mouse tends to be closer to my fingers than the headset cord buttons. I do have two suggestions for improvement: 1) offer an "over the ear" version in addition to this "on the ear" design as this would help even more to reduce distracting sounds in your own background. 2) allow the user to adjust the amount of sidetone (hearing your own voice in your headset), preferably via the buttons on the cord (as opposed to some sort of app the user needs to install) Thanks.

Use my Shokz OpenComm 2 headset for Teams calls. Sound quality is good and they are comfortable. Very satisfied with my purchase

As I was looking for something to improve the lighting on my Teams calls, I kept finding tons of high priced lights that seemed to be overkill. This does the trick and at a fraction of the price. And easily rests on top of my monitor. A+++. Buy this if you need a light for corporate use.

Just a web cam for your Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams calls. It does the job.
