Heart Rate Control Of Exercise Video Games

This watch has some many useful function including calling for help if you fall, heart rate monitor and other health app. I feel like Dick Tracy when I speak into my watch using the intercom or answering a phone call.

This is the third Apple watch I've owned. It seems that this watch works a little faster than the others. I use it as much for health issues. The Heart Rate monitor picks up the same as my belt. This is an improvement over the past watches. The Blood O2 is good, particularly now with Covid as lung function is an indication of the virus. All in all it's a worthwhile purchase.

This watch is absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We aren't sports fanatics but need to keep track of heart rate. We walk, ride bicycle, and treadmill. This watch tracks it all. Best of all, we only have to charge once every 3-4 weeks. Just wish I could get another one in the white rock color.

I have been enjoying my Oculus Quest 2 so much that I went and brought my mom one. It has been the perfect way to exercise, sweat and get my daily 30 mins of activity in. I especially enjoy FitXR and Supernatural not to mention Beat Saber and all other immersive games. I can not wait to see what else it has to offer me . My only quarrel is the material around the gargles gets real nasty and wet after playing some games. I ended up having to purchase a silicone piece to cover that to make it easier to wipe down afterwards.

I love the immersive gameplay, the movement required in games and the exercise apps I’ve downloaded. I’ve even wandered around the world visiting places from my history and places I wish I could go in person. What a fantastically cool device! It does leave red marks on my face and I am glad that the battery power limits my usage so my face can relax and I don’t completely lose track of real life. The hand controls are intuitive and easy for an old lady like me to use. The games are so fun, from Beat Saber to Moss to Arizona Sunshine…. The exercise app Supernatural is just breathtaking (in more ways than one!) I also enjoy being able to watch movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime. It would be cool to have access to Hulu and Disney + as well. I’m looking forward to more apps that teach… for instance, I feel like this platform would be excellent for learning languages, I just haven’t found an app for that yet! I bought one for my son as well. In addition to making me mom of the year, it allows me to get my butt handed to me in games by my offspring. Who doesn’t love that.

I’m not a gamer, I primarily brought the oculus to exercise. I have since though purchased a few games & every experience has been mind blowing & so much fun. I have exercised in classes etc for many, many years, but wanted something fun & interesting. This is it. I work up a serious sweat, time passes by so quickly & it is so much fun.

I love the Oculus 2, but using games that require physical use such as boxing or exercise, the headset puts a strain on the spine and vertabrea. I was sore for a couple days playing a boxing game. The immersion is so real that one game I played caused me to feel nauseas after following a character around an ancient castle for an extended time.

It’s been really fun so far. It’s nice getting the extra exercise from playing the VR games. Super comfy on my head, and very immersive in general!
