This watch has some many useful function including calling for help if you fall, heart rate monitor and other health app. I feel like Dick Tracy when I speak into my watch using the intercom or answering a phone call.

Great that he can monitor his heart for afib and take an EKG whenever he wants.

This is the third Apple watch I've owned. It seems that this watch works a little faster than the others. I use it as much for health issues. The Heart Rate monitor picks up the same as my belt. This is an improvement over the past watches. The Blood O2 is good, particularly now with Covid as lung function is an indication of the virus. All in all it's a worthwhile purchase.

This watch is absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We aren't sports fanatics but need to keep track of heart rate. We walk, ride bicycle, and treadmill. This watch tracks it all. Best of all, we only have to charge once every 3-4 weeks. Just wish I could get another one in the white rock color.

My new Mac Studio computer required the up grade. It is like giving up my right arm changing my old pal for this new version. However is new tablet rocks. I love the fingerprint IDENTIFICATION to activate the new Mac . Excellent product! Hopefully will last as well as long as the old one did.

I find myself burning 600-800 calories every day, (tracking on my Apple Watch) I mix it up with different games, some meant for fitness and some you get a workout by accident. Either way, I’m soaked in sweat, burning calories and end up working out longer than I intend too, because I enjoy it. I wake up with sore muscles and I’ve hit my goal weight and BMI. Just try it, there is something for everyone. My son and his friends play it when I’m not. They are 18. My boyfriend loves goes fishing.
