Heart Rate Monitor Gym Equipment Accurate

This watch has some many useful function including calling for help if you fall, heart rate monitor and other health app. I feel like Dick Tracy when I speak into my watch using the intercom or answering a phone call.

Great that he can monitor his heart for afib and take an EKG whenever he wants.

If you have your heart set on Beats don't listen to these. Very clean and balanced sound, I use them at the gym and around the house. I like them a little better than my HD 280 pro's. I was surprised at the build and sound quality, very nice set of headphones.

This is the third Apple watch I've owned. It seems that this watch works a little faster than the others. I use it as much for health issues. The Heart Rate monitor picks up the same as my belt. This is an improvement over the past watches. The Blood O2 is good, particularly now with Covid as lung function is an indication of the virus. All in all it's a worthwhile purchase.

This watch is absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We aren't sports fanatics but need to keep track of heart rate. We walk, ride bicycle, and treadmill. This watch tracks it all. Best of all, we only have to charge once every 3-4 weeks. Just wish I could get another one in the white rock color.

Switch fits my needs and equipment perfectly and the service was first rate.
