Heart Rate Monitored Display

This watch has some many useful function including calling for help if you fall, heart rate monitor and other health app. I feel like Dick Tracy when I speak into my watch using the intercom or answering a phone call.

This is the third Apple watch I've owned. It seems that this watch works a little faster than the others. I use it as much for health issues. The Heart Rate monitor picks up the same as my belt. This is an improvement over the past watches. The Blood O2 is good, particularly now with Covid as lung function is an indication of the virus. All in all it's a worthwhile purchase.

This watch is absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We aren't sports fanatics but need to keep track of heart rate. We walk, ride bicycle, and treadmill. This watch tracks it all. Best of all, we only have to charge once every 3-4 weeks. Just wish I could get another one in the white rock color.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Amazing monitor with a great display and refresh rate. The display also has great color accuracy and gets very bright. An additional added bonus was that the screen was also non-reflective, which made gaming on it an absolute pleasure.

Very fast transfer rate. First time I copied something I thought it had not worked as I didn't get a graphic display for progress...not enough time had passed for it to display!

I used to have a wild 4-monitor setup with a BenQ and a Cintiq, and I wanted to simplify it down/move the Cintiq to another desk. I also wanted to see what 4k was all about since I've been on 1080p screens up until this, and the Cintiq's 4k is kinda hot garbage because of their paper feel display that contributes to a strange and unclear visual experience. I replaced two of my monitors with this and it really helped me get my desk space back. In general the monitor is enormous, and I love the level of immersion I get in both my games and my game dev work. 3D modeling/animating at a high refresh rate is so buttery smooth I could never go back, so refresh rate was not something I would compromise on when looking for a new display. Thankfully this monitor didn't compromise with that either. :)

Been using the Shinobi 5 for years, decided to get the 7 for the larger display. Refresh rate feels a little better (not sure if I'm just imagining that), and the image quality seems significantly better.

I've split my productivity and gaming setups for years. And this display represents a significant leap toward an eventual convergence. For productivity, I typically use a semi-recent Mac connected to some kind of Apple-sanctioned retina display. While for gaming, I typically run a custom-built Windows PC and some kind of 1440p+ monitor running at or above a refresh rate of 120hz. Recent improvements to Linux have made it easier for me to supplant macOS and Windows with a single software base, and the commodity hardware available for Linux systems–muck like Windows systems–is a big plus for me. However, the display has always been a weak point. The lower PPI of non-retina displays distracts me from my productivity and will eventually result in strain given extended use. But this monitor hasn't quite closed the gap for what I'm looking for. One day, I hope to have the best of both worlds. A retina display with excellent color and a high refresh rate that works well with commodity hardware. Until then, this is my favorite monitor on the market.
