Heavy Chrome Kitchen Drawer Inserts Organizer

I didn't use the divider kit in a Pelican case, but rather as an organizer for my camera gear in an existing drawer. The flexibility of the kit really allowed me to get everything exactly as I wanted.

it is a good organizer for outdoor shooting. it is a well made product. missing not enough inserts, the two outside pockets the cover should be right across, there is room for improvement.

I've had the original 1510 with foam inserts and a lid organizer for around 12 years, still going strong. But with some airlines it can be way overweight. I saved about 1 to 1.5kg switching cases and I now tear out the lid organizer ( velcroed in) when I fly and put back in the foam for the lid, this saves another 1 kg. Still overweight but less so and easily to throw in an overhead bin. Really like the trekpak , would like to see a bit denser foam in the base lining though. Very glad they have brought back the top handle on the newer versions.

I purchased this lid organizer to serve in my 1660 case that’s now a mobile camp kitchen for camping and off roading. It is perfect for utensils, spices, soap, sanitizer tablets and the list goes on. I saw this used for photo equipment but was able to see the potential for my outdoor kitchen kit.

All there is to know is the following: 1. Heavy duty. Nothing was spared in the design and execution of this stand. Beautiful chrome finish to top it off... Very attractive. 2. With heavy duty design and materials sometimes comes with a heavy weight in general - make sure you're up to the task of moving these around, carrying, lifting, controlling, etc. Not for those who are afraid of lifting and moving serious equipment up/down stairs or lifting into a tailgate or trunk. If you have the money and aren't willing to work a bit, find a carbon fibre option (not sure if that exists though). 3. If you have black lights/equipment then the black version of these might be a better option if you like a consistent look... Also, the chrome may reflect possible unwanted light into your work area depending on the work you do. 4. What do you care about in a stand? For me it's extreme durability, design and overall quality are the most important things. So if that rings true for you as well then you should consider these for sure! 5. Will definitely be purchasing more of these... I could see these lasting a lifetime if they're well maintained. Solid cast parts (see grip in photo), rubber gaskets to add in smooth operations and Impact sells a lot of accessories for this on B&H. In conclusion, if you want cheap and don't mind your equipment failing then look elsewhere. If you need strength, professional appearance and reliability then consider this stand.

This swivel pin is all chrome steel. Works perfectly. Feels heavy and is made to last. Great product.
