Heavy Duty Window Air Conditioners

The Impact Heavy-Duty Air-Cushioned Light Stand truly is heavy-duty. I have used it with a 36-inch octa box on my light head with the stand extended to over 8 feet. It is steady as a rock. The feet spread over 4 feet, this gives the stand great stability but it does take up space. I am giving the stand 4 stars instead of 5 because there is no noticeable air cushioning in either of the two stands I purchased.

I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. Arrived right in the delivery window, customer service from B&H is great as always.

I’ve had my power go out multiple times in a span of a week and I had enough time to save everything I needed to. The size also helps as my small apartment is already pretty cramped.

These are heavy-duty for sure! And, with the air-cushioned feature, I don't have to worry about accidentally letting my mono light or parabolic softbox falling on me!

I tired to order the heavy duty keyboard from Zagg but they don’t make one yet for the newer iPad Air or Pro This is designed, built and fits perfectly with the iPad, So hopefully it holds up in the field.

I've used these stands at two weddings so far. The are well constructed, heavy duty and reliable. The are air cushioned, so they will take a few extra seconds to close up, but I wouldn't buy a stand unless it has air-cushioning.
