High Hertz Gaming Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Armada 25 inch monitor it's perfect for gaming I can move the arm any way needed so I can see my game and adjust it as needed the monitor is high quality and great graphics and makes games come to life I enjoy using this monitor and gaming with it very high resolution and gives the best picture if your a gamer this is the perfect monitor hooks right onto your computer desk and can be moved or tilted or whatever you need I know you'll love it definitely amazing.

I have been using this monitor for a couple weeks now and everything I do on it looks amazing. Schoolwork, gaming, and watching youtube/movies/shows. I upgraded from a 1080p LG monitor and it's unbelievable the difference in resolution 1440p is. If I had to pick a single game to highlight how amazing this monitor is, it would be Warhammer's Space Marines 2. The glossy high resolution OLED panel just feels like a gateway into the game. It truly feels like there is no barrier between me and the game. The colors are rich and vibrant, the high resolution makes everything looks sharp, and the high refresh rate makes eSports shooters feel like you're cheating. Hands down, the best monitor you can buy today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a gaming monitor - this is for very high resolution creative apps like photo and video editing, and CAD/CAM, etc. I like that is came with a mounting arm. Thus far I am very pleased. This is an excellent monitor for a variety of tasks. I use it every day for the basics, but find it really shines when editing photos or multitasking (plenty of real estate on this screen). It also shines as an entertainment screen. I regularly stream 4k videos and it really looks great. The details are amazing and black levels are good.

I've been using a 4k screen for a couple of years, but it was a Samsung TV as I wanted a larger screen and nothing in the monitor space yet existed. It was a good experience, I didn't have any issues - regardless of what people say about using TVs as monitors. However, once I noticed that OLED monitors were coming around, I considered going back. I wasn't crazy about dealing with burn-in and the odd ways manufactures try to prevent it. Instead, I wanted to see what Samsung was up to in the gaming monitor space. I came across this and was immediately drawn in because of the high fresh rate and it being 4k. I didn't consider the G8 because I didn't think the even higher refresh rate warranted the extra cost. Once I got the G7 connected, it was like playing games for the first time. Cyberpunk looked incredibly better than my 4k TV, colors popped and I could see details that I couldn't previously. The curvature is a bit odd at first, especially in Windows, but for gaming, I really like it. The high refresh rate was a new experience as well - I hadn't had anything higher than 60Hz, so again it was a new experience. This makes a big different not only in gaming, but using Windows - everything is so smooth. The height adjustment was another helpful feature as I needed it to be in a specific place. Without it, I would have had to use a box or something else unsightly. I'm not an RGB person, but found that I liked messing with the colors and do leave a solid color on most of the time. My only complaint, is the buttons to control the settings. I have some business monitors for work that are also Samsung and they use the same buttons. It's not my favorite and it feels a bit cheap. For an $1100 monitor, I'd expect a bit more, but it's not something I use often. I feel the monitor is on the expensive side, but it is worth it if you have the machine to push high end graphics to it.

Its a gaming monitor but I picked it up due to high image quality scores - I mostly use it for software development and day to day browsing. The color overall isn't as accurate as some might like for a productivity daily driver but its more than accurate for my needs with fantastic viewing angles and really clean text rendering. I was worried that gaming would pale in comparison to my PS5 connected to an LG OLED but I was pleasantly surprised to see that while OLED is king for contrast ratio and deep colors this monitor overall looks amazing and doesnt disappoint like most when you finish a gaming session on an LG.

First upgrade to High def gaming monitor and should have made it earlier. Simple to put base together. Plug and play for easy setup. Monitor brought games into a new life. Picture is very clear with no blurring or hazing noted. No dead pixels on screen. Large screen provides ample space for word documents and spreadsheets.
