High Megapixel Mirrorless Camera

I like the camera, large megapixel

Carrying around my NIKON SLR is sometimes awakward. And I was looking for a compact high megapixel camera. This is it. Pictures are superb. But it cannot be used to shoot continuous shots. I would recommend it for everyone who needs a high quality compact camera.

I like the high megapixel sensor, touch screen, in-camera stacking. Many more features that make this a great camera for my photography. The buttons and dials illuminate so I can see them in low light or when I am doing night photography.

What a great lens. Coupled with the new 42 megapixel mirrorless Sony, it becomes an unbeatable combo for family gatherings or shooting in tight spots.

So sharp, even when wide open, that it shows itself best on high megapixel bodies like the D800e or D810. Manual only operation makes it best suited to studio work.

A while back I decided I should probably stop buying cheap UV filters if I want the best image quality from my high megapixel camera. The B+W filters have become my go-to when I get new lens.

No issues so far and the extra speed is essential when working with high megapixel cameras like my GFX 50R. The extra ruggedness of the package is worth the extra price IMO.

This is a great bag for a high end mirrorless camera, adapter and macro lens. It provides adequate padding to protect what you put in it and can be configured for two cameras or two lenses.

This high capacity is a big improvement for mirrorless camera. It lasts much longer than the previous mirrorless cameras like z6/7iis. I would still recommend anyone has a Z9 to get one backup just in case. Most of time I did not need it. WithZ7ii, if I am out taking photos for a day, I most likely will change battery during shooting, especially when shoot wildlife.

For years I wanted a mirrorless camera, though I never pulled the trigger because I couldnt use my Nikon lenses. The new Z mirrorless system from Nikon was worth the wait. If you suspect the Z cameras have disadvantages over a high-end DSLR, do not worry, there are NO DISADVANTAGES!. The autofocus is spot on and fast, the metering is perfect. And the mirrorless design lets you see exactly what the final picture will look like, including depth of field, white balance, and exposure. The build has the same high quality as the D850, with a  magnesium alloy housing and weather sealing. It feels perfect in my hand. It fits my hand better than DSLRs. Clearly, Nikon made ergonomics a priority with this design. All of the functions are easily reachable with my fingers and thumb, allowing me to make adjustments with only one hand. The Z6 has fewer megapixels than the Z7, though that allows for smaller file sizes, faster buffering and faster writing to the single XQD card. It also allows for higher FPS in burst shooting mode. The Z6 also has better low-light capabilities with native ISO up to 51200, twice as high as the Z7. In short, I see no reason to take your DSLR out if you have this camera. The better ergonomics, lighter weight, and equal performance make it a no brainer.  It took a while, but thats what it took for Nikon to get it right. It was worth the wait. The Nikon Z system is now the standard for mirrorless systems.
