High Pressure Laminate Sheet Manufacturer In China

This is probably the most affordable 4x5 sheet films on the market today. At $1 per sheet, there's no financial pressure to shoot it. I was worried about the quality control of the film, but so far I haven't encountered the dark spot problems of Arista Edu 100 35mm bulk film that I purchased a while ago. The grains are big for 35mm, but is not an issue for 4x5. The two sheets I've exposed look wonderful. There is enough latitude for the post-processing, even though I shot the films at box speed 400, instead of recommended 200.

I needed a larger printing frame, fast, for a cyanotype project I'm working on. The sheet of plate glass and foam pad I was using didn't create enough pressure for a sharp contact print. I'm glad I found this frame! I was pleased with the price and relieved it was in stock. It arrived the next day and didn't need any alteration before I started using it. I'm not an expert on glass composition, but the glass provided with the frame is clear (as expected) and cyanotypes expose at a speed comparable to times I get with a sheet of low iron glass I have in a smaller frame. The rubber feet are a welcome addition that makes it easier to pick up this substantial frame. It creates plenty of pressure to keep the negative in contact with a sheet of sumi-e paper (which can be slightly wavy) and yields sharp prints.

I first hesitate to buy this lens, but I found very positive feedbacks about Mitakon, a lens manufacturer from Shengyang, China. In the past, Chinese made lens have a poor reputation for quality, not so for this company!

You could look all this stuff up online, print it, then laminate it yourself, or you could just spend $5.

These are really high-quality, well made light stands, and they're not made in China but are made in Italy. Using these for Einsteins, they work very well at holding the weight securely. With the air cushion design, the strobes don't crash down when you release the clamps thereby protecting your valuable strobes. The compact nesting design of the stands is really great in allowing me to fit six stands in my case where probably only three stands from another manufacturer would fit. The wide tripod bases add to the security of the stands in keeping them from falling over. They are quite worthy!

HP still makes the best printers even if they are made in China.
