High Resistance Wind Instruments

It's got great wind resistance and video quality is pretty similar to the Air 2s . And no geo-fencing. Great alternative to the Air 2s

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

I like wind instruments. This is that and so much more. Nice features make playing sound like the real thing. Tried it all but haven't used it as a midi controller yet

The need was for high powered, quality binoculars that could stand the rigors of being in the field including weather resistance and rough handling. The Nikon 7x50 Ocean Pro Binoculars well satisfies this need. They are very water resistant and do not fog up when transitioning from an air conditioned environment to a hot and humid one. The polycarbonate body will not corrode. The lifebelt neck strap is a clever way to keep the binoculars afloat should they fall overboard. Besides being rugged, these binoculars provide an excellent, distortion free image. Yes, the focus knob is stiff but not unduly so. The captive eyepiece covers are a nice feature. I have owned many binoculars in my lifetime and these are the best.

We use from 15 to 20 of these radios about 8 hours each day. They hold up very well and are the most reliable of all the Midland radios that we have used over the years for our business. In my initial review I mentioned that the battery had a short life. Well in fact, the battery is great. The problem is that the radio charges the batter very rapidly. I never timed it but it must be within an hour or so. What happens with this rapid charge the charging current is high enough to cause a high resistance spot on the battery. Because of this high resistance the radio circuit thinks that the battery is charged because it has reached the battery full charge voltage. However, this voltage consists of the battery voltage PLUS the voltage drop across the high resistance spot on the battery. As a result the battery never reaches a full charge. If you are experiencing this problem remove the battery and look at the negative end and you will see a small spot that is a high resistance burn due to the fast charging. As a test I would wipe off this spot and the radio would charge the battery completely. Solution: I purchased some conductive past at our local hardware store, which I applied to each end of the batter. This has eliminated the problem. I have had no undercharges since I began using this paste with all of our radios.

This case is high quality and very durable. It keeps it's shape when thrown in a bag the water resistance is a major plus. I most definitely recommend it.

When we begin thinking our high end instruments (equipment) is our all we need to be focused on, and a cable is a cable, we about to degrade our own product. I've been very impressed by the Kopul cable quality for audio and video. Not the best in the business, but not the most expensive either. High value products for the cost.
