High Watt Macbook Pro Laptop Charger

When you buy a MacBook Pro it comes in exceptionally nice sturdy packaging. The packaging is meant to not only hold the laptop firmly and safely in place it also holds the wall charger as well as an extension cord for the wall charger designed for a standard 3-prong wall socket. With this Pelican case you can remove the appropriate foam within the Pelican case in order to set the MacBook Pro packaging (i.e. the box the computer comes in) right in the center of the case. See attached pictures. Fits perfectly and with just the Apple packaging showing in the foam it looks ultra professional. Yet everything is sitting in the packaging as it comes from Apple. No need to cut out multiple pieces of foam in order for the laptop and included items. Simply cut out a rectangular chunk the size of the Apple packaging and you're good to go!! Sure it's only a case but I love it! I take excellent care of what I own and the laptop gets carried around every day and there is no worry about damaging it any longer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of our devices have gradually transitioned to USB-C or have USB-C plugs, so I've just been collecting USB-C chargers to have around the house. This one went in our office/guest-room/music-room/exercise-room (hey, it's COVID) and has been great for my MacBook Pro. I have a 15" MacBook Pro that technically needs 95W to charge, but this 68W charger does well enough as long as the load isn't high -- I notice the computer does eventually charge to 100% even though it takes a bit longer. It's probably not ideal, but it works! For phones and other lower-power devices like iPads and the Nintendo Switch, this is absolutely a fast high-power charger with zero problems whatsoever. I love the sleek compact design and the included USB-C cable is heavy-duty and should handle the full power. Excellent.

My Asus laptop requires a 120 watt supply, and this worked perfectly. Not only that, but my phone started seeing its wall charger as not the original charger and would only slow charge. I used the USB charger outlet on the brick and my phone charged just fine. *The sales people at the store were also very helpful and I would highly recommend them!

C-cable is the way to go for quick charging. Be sure you're using a high capacity block to attach to this charger. I'm using a 200 watt charging block attached this, and it works like a beauty.

I am now transferring the hard drive contents from my wife's 5 year old iMac and I expect fantastic results. Given the 10 year warrantee from Samsung I may never have to buy another!
