[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am VERY pleased with this product for a number of reasons. 1. SETUP - This company makes installing and setting up the device incredibly easy. If you know how to use a screwdriver and turn off power to your existing doorbell, you can install this camera. The app walks you through the installation step by step. BONUS, they gave me multiple (optional) mounting wedges that either allow you to point the camera slightly down at an angle or slightly to the side (for home that don't have a front facing doorbell like mine!) 2. VIDEO/SOUND QUALITY - the quality of the video is great! I don't know if it depends on your internet speed, but mine is very clear and doesn't lag. I have spoken with people that are at my front door both while I am in my house and when I am in another state! Very cool. 3. CUSTOMIZATION - I love the fact that you can set different modes (HOME/AWAY) and that you can turn off certain motion zones and adjust sensitivity. It reduces the number of "false alarms" while making sure you are always alerted when someone approaches your home. Overall, I recommend this product to EVERYONE and I will be purchasing more cameras. 5 |

I have had several Ring doorbells. I couldn't get those doorbells to show streaming even when I was inside my own home. I never had that issue with the Lorex camera doorbell. I love the Lorex products 5 |
