Home Depot Security Cameras Nest

I use it to mount two video cameras that I link together with some parts I made from home depot and I get the same shot from different focal distances and also I have room for my monitor and other gear

I used to make my own accessory arm with brackets from Home Depot! I eventually got an arca swiss mount bar/bracket but it was very limited and looked DIY. This one is really functional with a great build quality. Its not heavy but its not light. It even comes with a carry case. You can mount accessories, cameras or both. You could mount the cameras directly on top with movement but I would still recommend using ball heads for a quicker release and adjustments. This is great for me when I want to Multicam on one set of sticks and Im a one man show. I definitely recommend it. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review.]

I replaced a very old thermostat with this one and it was very easy to install. It works well with the nest app (I already have the security system, cameras, Yale X Nest door lock, Nest Detect smoke detector, blah blah) so it was an easy addition for me into the app. My MIL lives with us and is home all day and tends to turn the heat up very high and while I’m at work there is nothing I can do about it. Well those days are over!!! Right back to 68 degrees with a few clicks!! Hope to see a big difference in my public service bill!!

I bought these, I was remodeling a home 30 miles away and used these cameras for security reasons

We’re transitioning our home from the Nest ecosystem and have to say that the 3 new ecobee cameras are very much an upgrade. The mic and sound quality is far far better and I have been able to communicate with my kids when the occasion called for it. Resolution is also amazing and functionality is seamless with Apple HomeKit which was a major factor for our decision to move over. My only hope is that they will become Siri compatible (like the Ecobee thermostat) soon and will bring our smart home to the next level.
