I searched the internet for a particular type of photo developing trays. I found quite a few outlets for that particular type and make of trays. However they ranged from old used trays to new ones, but the prices were ridiculous. Not only did B&H Photo have the particular brand and size I was looking for, but their's were brand new and more than half the price of the others I found on line. This stuff makes developing film at home as easy as can be. Super simple directions and works great at room temperature. A little worried about the shelf life but we will see how long it lasts. 5 |

You might think what's the difference if you get any other jug and you might be right but this one will make your life easier when developing your film at home. It shows you where each chemicals should be, so you don't need to worry if you measured it accurately. Plus you can put your TSC-1000 in this to mix and heat up your chemicals. I just started developing my own b&w film at home because I couldn’t resist the idea of developing film with instant coffee (if you don’t know how, look up Caffenol)! Well being a first-timer I didn’t rinse my tank all that well after developing and the fixer ended up with a slightly brown tinge and I was worried it would affect the potency. It’s now been about 3 weeks and I’ve put 7 rolls, all developed in Caffenol, and the fixer still works like a charm! Really quite amazing how well this holds its potency. 5 |
