For what it is, it works. I can now use one of my high-end studio mics when recording youtube instructional videos on my iPad. Wish it were stereo ... but I can use one of my bigger/bukier interfaces for that. 5 |

I am a singer/songwriter (amature) and I have mics and recording equipment at home, but I was looking for something more mobile. I wanted something that I could plug into my ipad and record musical ideas when I was on the go. I can record guitar tracks at home and put my ipad and condenser mic in my bag and work on vocals throughout the day. And the sound is great. 5 |

This allows me to use by pro-level mics with the iPad. Works especially well with my wireless Sennheiser lav. The second jack is for headphones. The only issue is that you cannot monitor the audio while recording so you need to do a test recording first, listen to it, then make necessary adjustments. Once you're happy with the sound just go ahead and record the actual clip. 5 |
