I had a different unit that served as a surge protector and battery backup for my security cameras. After a few years, the other units battery became faulty and it constantly beeped. It had a rather unique battery that was quite costly. I searched around and found this current unit from BH and it was just what I needed at a much better value. Not only did I get a better product, but I also got it for a better value than just replacing a battery on an older unit. I had been reading reviews from BH and I'm able to say that everything I read was true concerning outstanding service and faster than expected arrival times of products ordered. I am very pleased with this company and I shared their website with another friend who also has a surge protector and battery backup for his security cameras. This unit is Compact, and also has a digital readout. It is also aesthetically appealing to the eyes. If I ever need another product like this, BH is definitely the place that I will get it from. I also purchased the SmartCamera as part of the ecobee as part of the Home Security Bundle. And I already have an ecobee Smart Thermostat with Voice Control. These devices integrate through the ecobee App to create a very simple to use home security network for added peace of mind. And the Autopilot feature automatically takes care of turning on/off the security system and setting the thermostat to home/away as you come and go from your home. What a simple but effective design.
