Purchased the 4TB My Cloud Home after my 2TB was hacked. So far this unit is working great. I'm able to backup files and pictures from all my computers and mobile devices. Setup etc was easy. Have to get a backup of my computer hard drives and then all will be great.

I had a different unit that served as a surge protector and battery backup for my security cameras. After a few years, the other units battery became faulty and it constantly beeped. It had a rather unique battery that was quite costly. I searched around and found this current unit from BH and it was just what I needed at a much better value. Not only did I get a better product, but I also got it for a better value than just replacing a battery on an older unit. I had been reading reviews from BH and I'm able to say that everything I read was true concerning outstanding service and faster than expected arrival times of products ordered. I am very pleased with this company and I shared their website with another friend who also has a surge protector and battery backup for his security cameras. This unit is Compact, and also has a digital readout. It is also aesthetically appealing to the eyes. If I ever need another product like this, BH is definitely the place that I will get it from. Have nothing bad to say at all and I can say it was super simple to get setup can’t wait until I start adding security cameras to my home thank you lorex with the great products and customer service with any issues it’s always handled

I have a total of 5 cameras on this system up and running on the Lorex Smart Home Security Center . It is "basically " straight forward to get them running..... but not easy. you need to have passwords for each and identifying "names' of each. It is best to have all this info in a note on your phone so you can copy and paste it later in all the needed locations rather than figure out each one in real time

I love the sense of security having these cameras at my home. I get cell phone pictures telling me everything is okay there when I'm on vacation. I also pick up the occasional picture of an animal that I didn't know was visiting my yard. Found out who was raiding my garden at night!

I recently purchased 4 of the Eufy S340’s, to upgrade the security setup at our home. The cameras arrived within a 5 days of being shipped (international shipping, US to South Africa). Installation instructions were simple to follow and all required materials were included with each camera. I should add that I am not particularly handy, but had no difficulty with the installation. The cameras work as advertised. Picture quality is very good.
