I have both the ProMonitor 800s and 1000s. I use the 800s with a sub as computer speakers and the 1000s for the fronts in my home theater. A great solution to either Home theater or Computer area. Didn't you wish you has a grounded outlet at your computer or TV to plug that rouge piece of gear. Well this adapter does just that. The 'Amp' replaced a Home Theater receiver I still employed with some nice horn driven speakers I couldn't part with. The receiver was the last bulky and 'in your face' component in the living room. I expected Sonos quality in this Amp, but wasn't ready for the improvement in sound stage in comparison to the receiver. Things sounded so great, I had to break out all my favourites so as to listen to them again for the first time! 5 |
