If you need clean power and surge protection for any kind of AV equipment, look no further. It's most at home in a home theatre environment or area where it won't be moved around as it is LARGE. Has plenty of room for most plugs and AC adaptors. Not using the cable or computer hookups, but it is nice to have. I've used Furman equipment on live gigs for years and they are reliable and can take a beating. This unit is right up there with the best and looks good to boot.

We recently had electrical issues that required replacing two ancient panamax surge protectors. The reviews on the website and in newsgroups, convinced me this was the best value for securing our Hi Fi system (i know, that is very old school). Quickly shipped and easy to use, our home is filled with music again.

Wow...quality, a great price, and actually in stock! This was just what I was looking for. I've been using consumer surge protectors with my DJ set up for years. I've debated upgrading to a more professional grade power supply for some time now, and I finally pulled the trigger. I'm glad I did too. The 15 foot wall plug is just perfect. I no longer have to add an extension cable to the end on my surge, having it all integrated. And the metal casing is solid and made of very durable materials. I just don't know why I didn't make this purchase sooner.
