Bought this in Oct 2018, to replace a standard Honeywell 24/7 programable thermostat and found this very simple to install and use. I emailed support a picture of current wiring and they came back 2 days later with the recommendation for the wiring. Within 10 minutes it was up and running. I use the geo fencing feature and it have learned my setting preferences to provide energy savings. 5 |

The Ecobee was recommended to me by the HVAC guy I had come out to remove the Honeywell thermostat I had installed. Turns out it was defective. The HVAC guy could tell I didn't know much about installing thermostats so he recommended Ecobee. It was also the least expensive of the newer "smart" products. I had no trouble at all putting in the Ecobee and getting it to work. And I love being able to adjust the setting with my phone. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always saw ads for the ecobee smart thermostat but we had a Honeywell lyric so I was hesitant to try this. We love the recyclable packaging the product came in. It was super easy to install. The design is very sleek and I like the display and I love the eco+ and the smart home and away feature to help save money! We’ve only been using the for a few weeks but so far we are happy! 5 |

Straight forward installation (take help if you are noob like me :) .. new house, all the wires were spray painted) and easy setup via app. Can now voice control via Alexa. Pretty handy when you forgot to switch off lights or when your hands are full. The only con would be that these are little bulky... was not easy to push them inside the stuffed boxes... little gaps on the face plates. But I would recommend them. 5 |
