Honeywell Portable Air Conditioner Customer Service

don't expect customer service from the manufacture Honeywell, they don't know what that is. But B&H Does! with B&H help updating the NVR firmware = easy set up, I'm using another manufacture ONIF IP cameras. the android app works great for remote viewing. very easy camera manipulation with provided mouse.

This speakerphone is very clear on both ends. Was able to hear the other person speaking clearly even when my portable air conditioner was running in the room.

Bought this monitor for work productivity. It works as expected with my Mac air and the customer service is the greatest. Thank you! Love this product!

Following new federal regulations restricting the air shipment of lithium ion batteries (remember all the exploding batteries?), sealed lead acid batteries such as UPS Battery Backups have fallen into a sort of gray area and might require a label stating the contents: 'Non Spillable Batteries Inside' and classifying them as 'NON Restricted S.P. A67'. If the labels are missing and/or related forms aren't filled out, your selected carrier for air freight will not pick up the item. This happened to me and my unit sat at the NJ facility for around 10 days, but after I activated the cattle prod the good folks at BH made the necessary arrangements and my unit arrived THE NEXT DAY! This is one of the few merchants that actually allow you to ship these units by air, the web customer service team diligently solved my issue and the unit arrived in perfect condition. I understand that these things can and do happen so I still must rate this, my first BH purchase, as 5 stars. Just a heads up to future buyers: don't panic! Contact the web customer service team or activate the RMA process and you will be taken care of. Also remember that being nice when you ask for help goes a long way. I will definitely shop here again.

I had originally order the MacBook Air. I spoke with customer service to switch my order to a MacBook Pro. The representative helped me out in explaining the specs to help me make the right discussion on which laptop I needed.
