Honeywell Wifi Thermostat Installation Guide

I was a bit intimidated at first with installing this myself. However, after thoroughly reading all of the installation guide and thoroughly familiarizing myself with my old thermostat wiring, I found the installation to be easy. I accomplished the job in about 1/2 hour. The instructions that Ecobee takes you through to finish the setup was easy and to the point.

Very easy installation. Just follow the guide. The Thermostat is still learning so I can not comment on all the features. Was easy to connect to my home WiFi as well as integrate with my Google Alexa.

The guide for installation made it easy to put on my new iPad.

Bought this in Oct 2018, to replace a standard Honeywell 24/7 programable thermostat and found this very simple to install and use. I emailed support a picture of current wiring and they came back 2 days later with the recommendation for the wiring. Within 10 minutes it was up and running. I use the geo fencing feature and it have learned my setting preferences to provide energy savings.

The Ecobee was recommended to me by the HVAC guy I had come out to remove the Honeywell thermostat I had installed. Turns out it was defective. The HVAC guy could tell I didn't know much about installing thermostats so he recommended Ecobee. It was also the least expensive of the newer "smart" products. I had no trouble at all putting in the Ecobee and getting it to work. And I love being able to adjust the setting with my phone.

Had an old Honeywell thermostat that came with the home built in 2003. Couldn't tell exact temperature. Wanted s smart thermostat that I could adjust while I was away to save energy. Purchased through my utility company and got a great deal and free install!

Really glad made the decision and replaced my 3 month old Honeywell thermostat thought it was same expensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always saw ads for the ecobee smart thermostat but we had a Honeywell lyric so I was hesitant to try this. We love the recyclable packaging the product came in. It was super easy to install. The design is very sleek and I like the display and I love the eco+ and the smart home and away feature to help save money! We’ve only been using the for a few weeks but so far we are happy!

A Little problem with Honeywell camera installation but they connected. Everything else connected on the first try. Has been rock solid so far.

The installation was easy with a step by step guide used within the app. Installation took less than 30 minutes and works flawlessly. My favorite feature is the ability to see people at your door on my Google Home Hub screen, it instantly pops up showing live video of the Nest Hello doorbell and I can interact with whoever is there.
