Honeywell Wifi Thermostat Remote Temperature Sensor

The Nest Temperature Sensor is a great way to measure another temperature in the house for either warmer or cooler temperatures. Bedroom, upstairs, basement, etc. Ties in to the main Nest thermostat. You can pick to set the desired temperature based on the sensor, or schedule different temperatures. Have it run off the sensor at night, and off the thermostat in the day. Very easy to set up.

Had an old Honeywell thermostat that came with the home built in 2003. Couldn't tell exact temperature. Wanted s smart thermostat that I could adjust while I was away to save energy. Purchased through my utility company and got a great deal and free install!

The Nest Temperature Sensor is a must have addon for any Nest Thermostat. It can measure temperature in specific room and set the right temperature.

I really like being about to select which sensor the thermostat controls the temperature at. I do wish they were a bit more automated into the app but the way they work is ok.

Nest thermostat is a really good product easy to use and easy to make a schedule if you combine it with nest temperature sensor it’s really great now our room upstairs is not cold anymore

Love being able to check the temperature in the basement against our thermostat on the main floor. We also have a sensor upstairs in the baby’s room so we can adjust the house temperature based on his room during very cold or very hot days.

Just upgraded to the latest Nest Thermostat to be able to integrate the Nest Temperature Sensor. Recently replaced AC unit and wanted to be able to set temperature for the bedrooms. Existing thermostat is on the main floor. The Sensoe seems to work very effecctively. Very pleased with the decision.

To me the nest sensor helps you control the temperature in your house by allowing you to use it as the sensor that determines when your thermostat kicks in the furnace Etc this could be handy for many reasons you're in an old home your TV Etc are running close to the thermostat which increases the heat in that area so with the temperature sensor you can move it to a different location and use it

Bought this in Oct 2018, to replace a standard Honeywell 24/7 programable thermostat and found this very simple to install and use. I emailed support a picture of current wiring and they came back 2 days later with the recommendation for the wiring. Within 10 minutes it was up and running. I use the geo fencing feature and it have learned my setting preferences to provide energy savings.

The Ecobee was recommended to me by the HVAC guy I had come out to remove the Honeywell thermostat I had installed. Turns out it was defective. The HVAC guy could tell I didn't know much about installing thermostats so he recommended Ecobee. It was also the least expensive of the newer "smart" products. I had no trouble at all putting in the Ecobee and getting it to work. And I love being able to adjust the setting with my phone.
