Hook Up Own Wired Router To Hotel Internet

I recently wired my house with cat5 and needed more ports than my router provided. This product couldn't have been easier to install and gives me the extra ports I needed. One in and seven out plus the three remaining on the router in my home office, and I have every room with cat5 hook ups, some with multiple jacks as needed for DVD, computer hook up on the big screen etc. The price was also a nice plus. I recommend this for anyone needing the same.

The TP-Link AV600 Powerline Adapter is a little jewel for extending a wired Internet connection. Simply plug one unit into an AC wall outlet near a router and the other unit into an AC wall outlet in the area where one wants a wired Internet connection. Then, connect the unit by the router to the router with an Ethernet cable. Next, connect the other Powerline adapter to the device, e.g. computer, with another Ethernet cable. Now, one has a wired connection to the router. It works seamlessly by using the electrical wiring in one's building.
