I tested my new Logitech gaming microphone for a couple days and I am very happy with it. The Logitech Yeti GX look, style, performance is very professional and aesthetically pleasing. I like that the blue voice software is optional to use for adjusting sounds settings or adding additional effects and features. This microphone is simple to manage the volume control directly on the microphone which can be set and locked. The buttons on it are simple to use. You can adjust the volume and turn it on or off very easily. The quality of the Mike is great. It is lightweight made out of aluminum and does not take up much space in your set up area. It cancels out any background noise so well while recording, streaming, or on a video call from the environment it’s in. The versatile features make it a perfect companion for both gaming and content creation. The customizable cool RGB lighting adds a touch of personalization matching your style. Logitech has truly crafted a top-notch gaming microphone that combines performance and aesthetics seamlessly. I am seriously impressed with this mic, it has been a game changer and serious upgrade from my previous mic. In the box includes the mic, stand, an adapter (screw) if you want to use a boom arm, and a the USB cable. Setup is rather easy since it is just plug and play. I already use the G Hub software for my G502 gaming mouse and the PC instantly picked up the mic and was ready to go. The G Hub app is used for tweaking the RGB lighting on the mic. The microphone is aesthetically pleasing, well-built and the RGB lighting is beautiful. Broadcasting, gaming, and recording music sounds so much better with this microphone. My voice comes through so clear. Any background noise such as the computer fans, the ceiling fan and other electronics in the room are filtered out. The microphone can be customized in many ways with the G-Hub software. It gives plenty of control with light control, animation, voice effects, equalizer and presets to use until you find your preferences. Sound quality is amazing and the sensitivity is great. I don’t have to yell or raise my voice to be heard. This is honestly such a good upgrade from the previous mic I had been using. It also has easy plug and play set up. The desktop stand does a great job keeping the mic in place, but it can be mounted to an optional boom arm if desired. The microphone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack for monitoring if that's a thing you need. Logitech did a great job with this microphone and I definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to broadcast and/or record online, and for everyone else too. The stand the mic comes with is easy to assemble, and screws right on. It's stable and has some nice weight to it. The Yeti GX connects via USB-C from the microphone to USB-A that is fed into my Mac system. It was recognized immediately by my computer with no issues. You could really dial in the audio settings on the microphone by using the Logitech G HUB software. The software is clear and easy to use. The mic features a gain wheel and mute button on the side that is easily accessible. The nice blue light on the mic really makes the mic stand out and just looks premium. It is perfect for those who stream and like to show off their computer setups in video. The Yeti GX has great noise suppression, and has built in anti clipping software that prevents audio distortion. This mic has been a lifesaver for me with my video production and voiceover projects. The audio on my projects is super clear and just sounds very professional. I don't even have to adjust the audio in my projects anymore, it's perfect from the get go. This saves me so much time. As a bonus, I also use this mic for my work online meetings through Google Meet and Zoom and the audio is clean and clear. Having the Yeti GX standalone mic has been a game changer for me and I will never go back to an internal mic again. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take their projects to the next level.
