This is tied for my favorite Z lens with the Z MC 105. I love this lens, It took a bit of practice to get used to it and, especially, to reduce the distortion at the edges of photos. The trick I disocvered to get distortion free photos at the widest 14mm view is to click on the Display button on back of your camera and activate the horizon view line in the middle and then line up the other horizon line with the one directly in the middle and - voila - a beautiful distortion free image! 5 |

Great addition for pano use; placed below the ball head which permits not having to place the horizon in the middle of the frame for panos, it greatly facilitates the leveling process. 5 |
