I've used these flashes quite a bit and have been very impressed with their performance, especially for the price. I've not experienced any of the overheating or hot shoe coming loose like some of the other reviewers have. Perhaps, the quality is inconsistence but I've had nothing but good luck with mine. 5 |

Ordered these to use with my strobes after a plastic hot shoe failed and one of my flashes took a nose dive from a stair railing. Thankfully there was a Christmas tree below it to break its fall to the flash survived, but the plastic hot shoes are gone from my kit. This feel solid and works great. No-brainer of an upgrade. 5 |

I really like this bracket it really works best for my flashes. I have tried many and I mean many different brackets or hot shoes and it didn't work well at all. This thing clamps down on the flash and holds it steady really well. I highly recommend it. 5 |

Very easy to use, I go no hot temperatures from this. I feel better about the charges on the Eneloop batteries. I use a lot of them my flashes and remotes, ect. 5 |

Even with all the vertical and horizontal adjustments on hot-shoe- mounted flashes, it is still limiting. The source of the flash always emanates from the same position. The Vello Flexible TTL Rod adds maneuverability for creating flattering shadows and highlights. It is also very sturdy in maintaining any position you select. 5 |

I utilized this hot shoe in a connection with a 'Cowboy' transmitter and two receivers on remote flashes. The PC connection worked well with my Nikon SB-800 flash. 5 |

I only used it once at anniversary party. It is better than using hot shoe flashes. It creates diversity for moving the flash in different places for certain lighting situations. 5 |
