Hot Radio Motorola

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks-

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit!

Just to be clear about what this product IS, vs what it is NOT: This adapter will allow an older camera with a PC Sync socket (like my old Minolta Autocord TLR) to adapt to flashes and radio transmitters that require a hot shoe. This product is NOT designed to sync with the existing hot shoe of a camera. For instance, I'm using this to connect my 1960's era Minolta Autocord TLR to a Phottix Ares radio trigger, allowing me to sync all of my hotshoe-equipped speedlights with my PC Sync-equipped camera. In this respect, it works flawlessly.

This product is well made and very convenient to use. It allows me to have one flash close to the camera, while the camera's hot shoe is used to hold a radio trigger used to trigger remote flash lights.

I have had several Moto phones throughout the years and Motorola has never disapointed.

I am pleased with the slimmer size and switching from old Motorola to new was a breeze.

I have been using Motorola Phones for years but so far, this is the best one yet! I love the battery life more than anything.

Great little radios, so far. Good range relative to similar Motorola Talkabouts.

Have not used with hot lights yet.

I was happy myself to buy a radio and FM/AM Clock Radio.
