Hotel Room Air Conditioners

I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. Arrived right in the delivery window, customer service from B&H is great as always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a lifesaver especially during the summer when everyone is blasting their fans and air conditioners and risking outages. I’ve had my power go out multiple times in a span of a week and I had enough time to save everything I needed to. The size also helps as my small apartment is already pretty cramped.

This is my second pair (my first was left in a hotel room in Maine and unfortunately nobody was nice enough to return them). These are well made and warm. They can be a little snug. My hand is right at the limit between XL and XXL and I have owned both. I felt the XXL was a tad to roomy and now with the XL it seems a bit snug - but not so much so that my fingers end up colder than without gloves. For the price these are a bargain. Given that I shoot most of my work in Texas they should last me for years.

I just bought this before my trip to Jamaica. wanted a small speaker for the hotel room and to take on the beach. It worked great. good sound wish it had more bass, I got compliments from other guests.

We shoot lots of interviews in hotel rooms. It's a shame to have a room with a beautiful view and not be able to use it because the light outside looks like "nuclear winter" and blown out. We ship a roll of this ahead of our team. They travel with a squeegee, knife, and bottle of window cleaner. Before the shoot they'll apply the gel to the inside of the windows and our shots look great.

As a photojournalist, I keep this film in stock on a regular basis. It the best film to use in low light situation (such as a hotel room or street scene). It adapts to flash very well.

Very bright light for it's size. Size is very good for daily carry, or to be stored in car for emergency use. And with the rechargeable CR123 battery can be recharged in car (or hotel room) if needed. A nice light for traveling, to be kept on person or in hotel room again in case of emergency.

I lost my Canon lens hood when I left it in a hotel room. I replaced it with the Vello after market hood instead of a knew Canon hood, which was about twice as expensive. I was not disapointed. Good quality construction, perfect fit, and light dampening felt like material on the interior. Everything I was looking for at a great price.

We used it for apple macbooks in a hotel conference room to use over the house speakers. All that was available were XLR mic inputs every 30' or so. This worked like a charm. All the videos had great sound quality, and we didn't have to bring in a mixer or additional speakers. Great for traveling with a small amount of gear for these type of corporate gigs.
