Easy installation and solid construction to house our equipment

We chose this router because Consumer Reports rated tops for long-distance throughput. We have a barn of a house (two stories, but with 18-foot ceilings on each floor and a 40 by 40 main footprint) and needed to ensure we could get a strong signal even to the loft on the second story. It comes through great. We plugged it in, plugged in the ethernet from the fiber optic line, and put it on a high point on the first floor. No problems receiving a great signal even in the loft. Setup was a snap: Just a few minutes via an online wizard. I can even receive a somewhat weaker version of the signal on the road about 100 yards from the house.

Have owned this router for a month, and it delivers strong signal throughout the house. Have a 3,400 square foot, 3 level house. Router is in 3rd floor master suite. Devices on first & second floor operate extremely well. We currently have no 6G devices, so can't speak to that. As always, B&H shipping is fast.

I already had a Synology RT2600ac router which is located on the 3rd floor of my house. The problem is that my washer and dryer are located directly in between the RT2600ac router and my bedroom on the 1st floor. My house is a little over 5,000 square feet so I bought a 2-pack to use as mesh routers. I put 1 router down on the 1st floor close to my bedroom and all problems were solved. I only needed 1 mesh router to cover all the other dead spots in my house and back patio. Like magic, it works great! I installed the other Tri-Band Mesh Router as a stand alone router in my in-law's house (approximately 2800 square feet). It works great for them. They both have iPads and watch Netflix with no difficulties and no dead spots in the home. I think it really shines as a mesh router with the Synology RT2600ac router. My wife and I have 2 children aged 14 and 19. We all have phones, iPads, and computers. I think we really put it to the test with all this quarantine stuff going on. 2 adults working from home, Zoom college and Zoom middle school classes going on at the same time. Plus I had Netflix or some streaming service going on in the background while I worked. I really don't think you can go wrong with this. B&H had the best price on the Tri-Band Mesh Router I could find. Shipping was fast as well.

We have a three story brownstone house and have the wifi router oh the thrid floor. We were never able to get any wifi router to give us coverage on the bottom floor due to the metal ceilings, install around the 1900's. We tried wifi extenders which were unable to give us better coverage below the metal ceilings. Using the nest system we were able to position the two points to bring the coverage down the staircase and into the back of the house, below the metal ceilings. We now can use Zoom and stream as well as anywhere else in the house. Installation was under an hour and easy for a computer newbie. Instructions were very good and easy to follow. Don't take chances that another router will be better. With this system you can always and points to expand the coverage.
