Replaced the original mechanical 1TB hard drive in our HP Pavilion laptop using the Samsung Migration software. Made an image copy of the old drive, removed the old drive and rebooted into all the content that was there before! Superfast boot, applications open in an instant. The old computer had a slot for the optane cache memory and this fit in the M2 slot with no problems. Like a new laptop for $100 bucks! 5 |

I have a new HP Envy X360 convertible laptop with a super thin edge to edge touch screen and pen. I feel very comfortable when it is placed inside this case, there is soft textured sturdy egg crate style inside and the exterior is water resistant. I am so glad that I found B&H for my refurbished laptop. I came to me quickly and in mint condition. I even got the optional HP Pen that I can use on the touch screen (this is a $50+ value). The only thing I am nervous about is the 3-month warranty, but at the price I think it's worth the risk. I would use B&H again for any future tech purchases. 5 |

I replaced my HP Pavilion running Windows 10 from 10 years. I did not realize how sluggish the old system had become over time -- booting up from power off took about 5 minutes. I am very happy with the start up time and performance with the new HP Envy running Windows 11 -- it actually boots up now in about 20 seconds. 5 |
