Hp 4500 Wireless Printer Not Connecting

Easy to use. I got help from HP support team with connecting my printer. It prints quickly, quiet and ideal for home/office.

The printer has been with us for about a month now and has worked as expected. The configuration for wireless for remote devices was easy. Connecting to my home network was also a snap.

This is a great black and white printer.. It uses the large cartridge which saves money. Great if you don't want/need color printing. However, it was very difficult to set up for wireless feature. I had to have HP tech help and it took about 40 minutes for the tech person to get the wireless feature to work. Unless you are a "techie" you should just call HP for online help. Again, a great economical black and white printer.

HP printer is the best.
