My quest for my ideal headset is over. The EVOLVE 20 Microsoft Lync Stereo Headset by Jabra has what I want. Excellent mic, comfortable foam ear cushions, lightweight comfy headband, very good sound for music or voip. I tested and owned several others and either sold or trashed them. These are keepers. 5 |

It was several months ago that I ordered the stereo headset, which was not available at the time. I was contacted to let me know that it was back-ordered and it would be sent as soon as it arrived. Yes there were a few months before it arrived at your business. but I was contacted so I would know when it should arrive, as well as contacted again after it arrived, and also as soon as it was sent. My communications with B&H were very accommodating during the wait time and very thoughtful and straightforward. You never left me hanging' wondering if I would ever get them. I originally purchased this product to attenuate the line signal coming out of stereo port on a stereo mixer. It didn't work so I called B&H and the tech told me it was not wired for that function. It was built to attenuate the signal coming from a headset out port. So I tried it there and it works fine. My application is I want to get a direct feed off the mixer to go to a video camera external mic port. I'm in contact with the mixer service people to give me some advice on the hook up using the stereo port. I'm using this attenuator via the headset port for the time being. 5 |
