Hp Chromebook 11 G5 Replace Keyboard

I purchased the HP DragonFly Elite i5 Chromebook in December of 2022 to replace my Google PixelBook. The build quality of the laptop is solid, the display is bright and clear, and the colors displayed are sharp and crisp. The keyboard has a good tactile feel and is well-backlit. You can press the Hepatic touchpad in any area and get the correct response and the feedback from the pad is excellent. So far the performance of the unit has been excellent and I am very pleased with it.

Came from a PixelBook - Loved that Chromebook and was very concerned about having to replace it. The HP Dragonfly Chromebook has not disappointed - love it!

Bought this to replace a dead MS mouse and HP keyboard. Use it on my backup pc. For a basic mouse/kyboard, it's great.

G5 dock came on time. It works perfectly with another Thunderbolt device and all the peripherals (e.g., mouse, keyboard, etc.) The HDMI connection works great because the prior brand docking was not rendering the accurate color saturation. Overall, we are super happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first transition from a physical docking station to USB-C docking was not pleasant.... until I bought the HP G5 dock. I'm running a new HP Spectre X360 with the laptop + 2 HP monitors. My first USB-C dock (another brand) was cheaper, but would freeze my extra displays (with the correct setup and drivers). HP to the rescue! I purchased the new G5 dock and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes, including configuration.

I was previously using a J5 Create dock, but my monitors would often flicker, and it would take a while before my HP G5 EliteBook could get up a running in the morning. Everything powers up immediately with this new HP docking station. I also like the small footprint and multiple USB ports, including USB-C on the front. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but hopefully it turns out to be durable, because I use it every day for work.

I have used this kind of product before, but cannot connect Macbook pro and ASUS laptop with Windows version, but I need to switch between two laptops. When I used this HP G5 dock, it can help connect my two monitors and accessories, such as my cell phone charger and apple watch, and even I have conference video call, and it still works perfect. I do not need to interrupt any services when switching different services, and also my laptop run very fast. This is very important for my job. I really enjoy this HP G5 with USB C/Thunderbolt ports, and the installation is also super easy, and I put on top of my stand, and it looks elegant. I am ready to purchase another one to replace my old doc at home. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being an IT professional I have multiple devices that I need to be able to hook up to dual displays and also have access to multiple accessories. I have used 2 other similar docks and had trouble switching between my MacBook Pro and Dell Windows 10 base laptop. Often various external devices would not connect correctly interrupting my conference calls etc. I am happy to say I have had ZERO issues when docking both of my devices with this HP G5 dock! It quickly powers on and just flat out works every time. This is a huge win for my daily hectic schedules which makes me an absolutely happy and satisfied customer! I will also be swapping out the 2 docks I have in place at my office with just 1 new HP G5 dock. If you are in the market for a USB-C dock I strongly suggest you give this device a try. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed you did!

It's a great product but If only it did a little more than what your phone can do. I enjoy it though. It wont replace the need for a laptop entirely but close to a chromebook.

I love my Mac Pro. I had been waiting for quite a long time to replace my G5 Quad! I was so excited to take out the beast out of its box! The first thing I did is to add right away 16 GB of ram and 4 SSD drives and the startup ran in a fraction of a second! With my 30 apple display, my desk looks so good! I mostly use my Mac Pro for graphics and videos as well as for heavy games such as XPlane 10 (Upgraded the video card with the Radeon 5870). The machine is super-extra quiet! The migration was quite time consumming as I did not want to use the automatic migration but wanted a clean installation of each software. I don't regret my purchase, of course. And later, I will upgrade the processor. B&H is a wonderful company. I received it with a quite long delay because it was out of stock. The only drawback is that you are informed it is out of stock once you have paid for... I was quite upset but well, didn't say anything and stayed patient. The shipping is always free and very fast (2 days for Cleve. Ohio). I've never ever been disapointed by B&H (except for what I just mentionned).
