Hp Elite Pos Serial Usb Thermal Printer

I have been using this for work and I liked it so much I ordered one for my new HP Elite at home.

As an Amateur Radio operator I needed an interface device to connect my serial devices to the computer. There are many USB/Serial adpators on the market. The Keyspan USB/Serial adpator has proven time & again to be the hands down favorite due to its reliability, quality and performance. I was looking for USB to serial adapter which will work under the Windows 7 and this adapter does exactly that. Even better - Windows 7 already has built-in driver for this adapter!

HP printer is the best.

The Seagate Thin hard drive in my HP laptop died after three years of heavy use. The HP 11t x360 is a pain to take apart so I chose the San Disk SSD as a way to never replace the drive again (if the laptop lasts another three years). The laptop boots in half the time with the SanDisk SSD, runs cooler with longer battery life. I am impressed with SSD technology! Also, I had forgotten to write the drive serial number down before closing up the laptop. But, B&H had the serial number on the packing slip!

This is my first time owning a LaserJet printer and I'm enjoying the experience. It was easy to unbox and set up. It came with the power cord and instructions. The drivers and software can easily be downloaded from the HP support website. I happened to have a USB-A to USB-B 2.0 cable to connect it to my computer. Once installed, it is easy to send a print job and print. It prints black and white and processes jobs very fast. There is not much delay between clicking print and having a finished job on the printer. I like how it's not too big or bulky and it's easy to carry or move. It seems fairly economical with toner preservation, so I anticipate doing a lot of printing before having to replace the toner. I'm hoping to use the printer for a very long time.

I had special needs as I only had a direct usb connection, no wireless card, on an older computer. It arrived quickly and the setup was instantaneous. The computer even came with the usb cord and a printer ink cartridge. We had just updated to Windows10 and the driver was immediately available. So I basically connected it to the computer Plugged it in and turned it on and it was ready to go. Thank you HP. My husband can now print to his hearts content.

Finally a HP printer that works with my wife's Chromebook. Couldn't get any of three other HP printers to connect using WiFi or USB. Connected this one with USB and running thru Chromebook printer setup, it worked.

Needed a short cable to connect thermal printer to computer. Functions well.
