I'm committed to the Envy laptops and this is my second one. I had the first one for about 8 years and it served me pretty well. I like the 17.3" laptop that's still thin and sleek. I like the big screen and the number pad. I modified the laptop to get a huge SSD and lots of RAM so that it will be speedy for years to come. I have been using mine for about a month now. The only things I've been sad about: (1) I didn't realize I opted for no touchscreen and that's taken getting used to, (2) the speakers could be a bit better on this edition, and (3) the camera quality could be better, too.

I love my HP Envy laptop! I love the color; I love how the keyboard lights up whenever I use it and it's very fast. It has plenty of storage for all of my files and pictures and the camera is awesome. I take this laptop with me when I travel, and the battery life is wonderful.

My HP Envy is about a year old and its performance became disappointing. I had 8BG of RAM and felt that could be the issue. I researched the proper product and found it. I ordered a 16GB Ram stick from B&H and received it in a timely fashion. I watched youtube videos on how to replace it and did it myself. I enjoyed the ease of the touchscreen and the ability of the laptop hinge to move easily, so that I can use it as tablet. I used the laptop to draw, sign documents, and stream movies. HP made a great functioning laptop.
