This charger is compatible with my Surface 4 Laptop and charges so much faster than the one that came with it. I would highly recommend it. Magic Mouse on Windows-7 (Toshiba Satellite Laptop) works great! After searching the web and finding a driver that would work (AppleWirelessMouse645 driver application). I was able to quickly and seemlessly get the Apple magic mouse work on my wifes laptop running Windows-7 64bit. The Bluetooth 2.1 USB Micro Adapter by Iogear, goes great with this mouse.
