After upgrading to Windows 10 my HP computer the built-in sound card stopped working and I couldn't find a driver to work with Windows 10, this small device was simple to install, just plug the device to a USB port and installed it's own driver automatically and it was up and running in no time. The adapters work very well. I am using two older HP monitors, HP w2408h and HP w2338h to interface with my HP (Windows 10 only) Pavillion desktop until the windows 10 update cut off happens next year. I purchased an HP Z2 Windows 11 desktop in anticipation of the windows 10 support cut-off and it has different display ports so.... 5 |

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |
