This lens now stays on my full frame camera 95% of the time, since I do mostly outdoor and landscape photography. I shoot everything in manual mode so I did not need a full featured lens. I conducted some of my own DOF measurements at various f-stops and it seems to be spot on the money. I tested the infinity marks at all f-stops and got clear, sharp photos at the expected distances. The focus ring moves nice and smooth with no slop, unlike the zoom on my kit lens. 5 |
