I've had an MX Anywhere 2 wireless mouse and it worked well on my Windows laptop and my Apple computers for many years until the scrolling functionality recently failed. I wanted to enable voice commands with Windows 10 on my PC. I needed a mic, but most that I found initially were intended for podcasters or recording live music into a PC or laptop. In other words, too large and expensive for my needs. Yet, I wanted a mic of good enough quality that Cortana would accurately hear voice commands - even at a little distance. The Meteorite Mic has worked great so far, and it has a really small footprint on my desk. I use it to launch programs, search my local PC or the web. I imagine I'll find more ways to benefit from voice input over time. The brief instructions that came with it were sufficient to enable the mic in the Windows 10 settings. 5 |

The adapters work very well. I am using two older HP monitors, HP w2408h and HP w2338h to interface with my HP (Windows 10 only) Pavillion desktop until the windows 10 update cut off happens next year. I purchased an HP Z2 Windows 11 desktop in anticipation of the windows 10 support cut-off and it has different display ports so.... 5 |
