Hp Laser All In One Inkjet Color Printer

Im very happy with this printer.  I typically prefer the crisper printing, particularly with images, of an inkjet.  But the cost of inkjet cartridges on my Epson was too high, so I thought I would try a color laser again.  I have not been particularly happy with the color laser printers I have had in the past.  However, this one is a very solid build, pulls the paper straight, prints text extremely well and graphics good enough for me.  Paper curling is not bad at all and it takes additional paper trays.

This is my first impression and first ownership of a color laser printer which I purchased on the recommendation of the Office Depot Sales Representative. Easy to use, a bit bigger and louder than an inkjet but lower long term cost investment for toner supplies, so over time, less cost and better product and delivery than inkjet printer. Also, it takes a little time to recover if it gets hot from a massive job.

We spent years trying to find a quality inkjet printer and finally made the jump to a color laser printer. This printer has been easy to use, connected to all my computers and phones with no effort and has been overall fantastic.

Having used inkjet and color laser printer and paper combinations for years, I opted to spend less on a large format printer (epson 1400) and more on the paper. To my surprise, the combination was successful. The coverage is even with no fingerprints in sight. With using the correct color profile and color management, the reproduction of color and tones are almost dead on.

Have to buy HP XL catridges for my HP Laser Color Printer- You want excellence? This is it!

This HP Color Laser Jet Pro 4301fdw is a great Color Laser printer

Plugged my brand new HP 4 in 1 color inkjet printer into my 10 year old Gateway desktop computer and Viola! everything worked properly for a very reasonable price.

This printer is a little on the heavier side, so it would take some time to take out of the box, but it comes ready to go. I was surprised to see that the toners were pre-installed, and all the printer needed was papers and the power connection. Even though the printer is heavy, it has a very small footprint, and once you set it, you’re pretty much done. I chose not to update the printer as I wanted to be able to use 3rd party toners, and I wish that HP didn’t focus too much on the toner subscription and forced users to do updates often. I understand the security aspect behind it, but this is just overkill. For home office and small business users, this printer would be the perfect option. For print jobs that need to be quick and long, this printer fares much better than its inkjet counterparts. I’m glad that I got this!

We had numerous issues with our old inkjet printer: 1. Ink Dries/Clogs the Print Head - We had to keep cleaning and wasting paper and ink to get the print quality just right. - We had to print at least every other day to prevent the ink from drying out. 2. Sleep Mode Doesn't Wake Up - We often needed to unplug and plug the printer back in to make it active on our network. Now, with the new HP LaserJet, those problems are gone. Here’s what we love about it: 1. Speed - The print speed is noticeably faster than our old inkjet. 2. Double or Single-Side Printing We can choose to print on both sides or just one side of the paper, which saves on paper. 3. HP Smart App - Print from Your Phone - The HP Smart app is easy to use, and I print more from my phone than from a desktop or laptop. 4. Color and Quality - There's a significant difference between an inkjet and a laser printer. The colors and sharpness are much more vibrant and precise. 5. Scanning - Scanning is fast and clear and offers many options, such as scanning to copy, PDF, or phone. Overall, upgrading to the HP Color LaserJet Pro 3301fdw has been extremely positive. Whether for working from home or our kids' projects, this printer easily supports our needs.
