I am happy to report that I am extremely satisfied with its performance. The setup process was fairly easy, and I was able to start printing within minutes. The print quality is exceptional, producing sharp and professional-looking documents, flyers, brochures, business cards or whatever I need printed. The graphics are incredible! The printing tray adjusts to fit all different sizes so that is nice. I am in the design business so I never know what I will be designing next! The printer is fast and efficient, saving me valuable time, especially when I have a lot to print!! I appreciate the printer's connectivity options, allowing me to print from various devices with ease. Additionally, the printer's compact design is a space-saver, packing a lot of punch in a regular sized printer. I do highly recommend the HP LaserJet Pro 3301 to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality printer for their home or office. It has certainly exceeded my expectations and has made my printing tasks much more efficient. No more changing out ink cartridges after a not so big job!!!! I can't believe it has taken so long to purchase a Laser printer!

I mainly print documents with occasional color printing, and I scan using my phone so I wasn't looking for a scanner function in the new printer. Easy Setup, Almost - Unboxing and initial setup were a breeze. The printer itself is a bit heavy, but getting it ready to go was quick. I plugged it in, answered a few setup questions, and downloaded the app. However, I missed a crucial detail: this HP printer requires a wired ethernet connection to set up with the app. After a quick trip to the store for a cable, I was back on track. Once I connected the cable, the app found the printer immediately and I was ready to print. This HP printer is a speed demon! It handles both documents and photos with ease, and the double-sided printing is equally fast. Even when using duplex printing, the speed is impressive. The documents are crisp and sharp, and even photos look good on this machine. For a color laser printer, this HP model has a surprisingly small footprint. It won't take up a ton of space on your desk. It also has a handy bypass tray that lets you print on specialty papers, which is a feature I might use in the future. Overall, a Great Choice. This HP printer is a great replacement for my old inkjet and laser printer combo. It's fast, produces high-quality prints, and has a small footprint. The only hiccup during setup was the requirement for a wired ethernet connection, but once I had that, the app setup was quick and easy. If you're looking for a fast and versatile color laser printer for home or office use, this HP model is a great option.

I am starting a proofreading job shortly which means I that I will be printing hundreds of sheets of paper per month. Because laser jet printers are much less expensive to use to print with than ink jet printers, I was looking for a reliable, inexpensive laser jet that would print quickly. I was amazed and thrilled that I found this HP LaserJet Pro M15w at an incredibly reasonable price point. It was easy for me to set up, wireless no less! and so far it's worked out great for me. I don't need all the bells and whistles, such as color printing, scanning and faxing, because I have my ink jet printer that has all the above features. This printer just prints in black ink and is quicker than my ink jet printer (also an HP). It was the perfect solution for me.

I recently replaced my very old HP tower with a new HP all in one computer. My previous HP laser printer was even older. As I only do a very little printing, I don’t need anything more than a basic printer. This one does the job, perfectly. I strongly recommend it.

I have had the laser jet printer for some time and always used HP toner. It does wonderful work and the printing is really clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to set my printer up in no time had it connected to all my devices and was able to print from all of them (laptops, phones, computers, and tablets). The instructions were very clear to me had the drivers downloaded and installed in no time, no extra company to download from. The printer comes ready to use right out the box once it is plugged in and connected to the WiFi you are good to print. I really like the fact that I can do a lot of my craft printing on this laser printer. The colors are great and I don`t have to worry about the design washing off because it is laser ink. I love the fact that it prints out pages like magic; I printed a 300 page color and text document and it was done in under a minute. I did the same document with an older HP laserjet, a HP inkjet and another brand industrial laser copier machine. The HP LaserJet MFP M182nw finished first with the industrial machine in close second next came my HP Inkjet and lastly came the older HP laserjet. Warm up time is very fast I honestly think it is still warming up as it starts printing I haven`t seen any significant difference in the printing when it does this so compared to what I use in the laser field the M182 not only finishes first it also starts first. As of the time of this review I haven`t used the manual feed on the back but if that works like I feel it should then yes this is a winner. The only thing I can say is bad about it is that it may be a little heavy for some, I was able to get it out of the box myself and on to my desk but that is me.Overall I love the printer and it helped me out a lot and I was able to do more with it because of the fast printing. I really feel HP should expand their printer game a little more to include other types of inks so small businesses like myself can continue to support the company I know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of settling for a black and white laser printer, I finally decided to splurge for my dream of color laser printing. The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw checks all my boxes. The size of the unit fits precisely where my old, ancient multifunction printer fit. It seems to be about the same size as their multifunction inkjet printers. This unit is built very well. The doors, hinges and trays are sturdy with a good weight to them. The setup process was a breeze. As soon as I powered on the unit, I was asked to join my wifi network. A firmware update took place immediately, and I was ready to print within 3 minutes of plugging the unit in. I ran a test by printing a full page color photo of my kids from my phone. It received and printed the photo in a total of 6 seconds. I do believe the PPM rating on this unit is a little underrated. When printing invoices, I was able to print 38 full page invoices which included color in a little over a minute. I always choose HP LaserJet printers. My first HP LaserJet from 1993 still works. This is my 5th HP LaserJet in my lifetime, and they have never let me down. I only upgrade over the years for the newer features. Thanks HP!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m the owner of a small sword fighting/ martial arts school. We do a fair amount of printing for promotions. A good color printer is essential to our success. For the last ten years we have used a HP Color Laser Jet CP1518ni. It has been an excellent partner in our endeavors. The best suitable upgrade appears to be the new HP Laser Jet Pro 4201dn. It’s full color capability and high speed printing (@ 35PPM) it is exactly what we need. Installation was as easy as plugging in the USB cord and performing the guided setup on the 2.7” screen by running through a few menus. The one challenge presented was that the scroll button/knob doesn’t seem secure and sturdy. The best feature of this printer for me is that the toner cartridges are reasonably priced and produce thousands of copies per cartridge. This printer is one of the best values out there today. I’m looking forward to many years of service.
