Hp Pavilion I7 Laptop 2014

I bought this laptop to replace my 7 year old HP Pavilion laptop. I was happy with the quality of the computer, as well as the Intel processor. It is a beautiful computer at a reasonable price.

I got this for an old hp pavilion 3000 series laptop and it works perfectly to expand the amount of ports you need, the transfer speeds aren't bad either, even with a more modern usb drive.

Replaced the original mechanical 1TB hard drive in our HP Pavilion laptop using the Samsung Migration software. Made an image copy of the old drive, removed the old drive and rebooted into all the content that was there before! Superfast boot, applications open in an instant. The old computer had a slot for the optane cache memory and this fit in the M2 slot with no problems. Like a new laptop for $100 bucks!

This replaced a 2014 era i7 that I upgraded with an SSD. It looks pretty much the same, but boy is it different. Apps load faster. Network performance is faster. I do wish it had 1 more USB-A connector. I have a wired keyboard and a USB hard drive for Time Machine which means I don't have a port left for any other legacy devices. That's easily fixed with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, however. Initial setup from the prior Mac was a breeze. I started Migration assistant before I went to bed and when I woke it, the new Mac was ready to use. Can't be any easier.

I had a 2014 iMac with an i5 that I enjoyed, the 2020 i7 8 core that I bought is a lot more machine and they are now being discounted. I don't need the latest tech but my new machine has 64 Gb of RAM and is much faster, I use it with Photoshop and for video editing. I had my last iMac for 7 years with not a single problem, a well made machine. I was an original apple developer in 1997 and I still favor Apple products.

I used SSD disk for 15.6 Pavilion 15-cs3073cl Multi-Touch Laptop .

I have had my computer since 2014. I have always and will always ONLY use HP ink. Dave

I replaced my HP Pavilion running Windows 10 from 10 years. I did not realize how sluggish the old system had become over time -- booting up from power off took about 5 minutes. I am very happy with the start up time and performance with the new HP Envy running Windows 11 -- it actually boots up now in about 20 seconds.

This Printer Will Be Great When You Tell me How To Hook it up TO HP Pavilion 236 Computer. All I Want Is To Be Able To Have The Instant Ink Program---- Help!!!!!
