Hp Pavilion Laptop With Windows 7 Intel I3

I bought this laptop to replace my 7 year old HP Pavilion laptop. I was happy with the quality of the computer, as well as the Intel processor. It is a beautiful computer at a reasonable price.

I replaced my HP Pavilion running Windows 10 from 10 years. I did not realize how sluggish the old system had become over time -- booting up from power off took about 5 minutes. I am very happy with the start up time and performance with the new HP Envy running Windows 11 -- it actually boots up now in about 20 seconds.

I got this for an old hp pavilion 3000 series laptop and it works perfectly to expand the amount of ports you need, the transfer speeds aren't bad either, even with a more modern usb drive.

Replaced the original mechanical 1TB hard drive in our HP Pavilion laptop using the Samsung Migration software. Made an image copy of the old drive, removed the old drive and rebooted into all the content that was there before! Superfast boot, applications open in an instant. The old computer had a slot for the optane cache memory and this fit in the M2 slot with no problems. Like a new laptop for $100 bucks!

Snapdragon is a quick processor, more than Intel and AMD for a laptop. This one has some great features that work together with Windows. I like the cam login. The PC is in reduced power the second you leave, then starts right up as soon as you sit down. There is also more security with Snapdragon. Copilot+ gets better results than the desktop version. The only problem was an old 2014 Canon laser printer would not install. Three other new printers installed in a minute.

It has no problem handling my Microsoft Word and Excel documents. And there is no noticeable performance degradation when using multiple tabs when using Google Chrome when browsing the web. Love the new machine replacing my 10 year old Pavilion 6 core machine. That SSD boot drive just flys. Full restart in 20 seconds. Windows Updates finish rapidly, right before my eyes. After I moved all my data, even my Windows 7 full drive and system image backup completes in a 3rd the time. Great cost too.
