We had to learn the hard way that HP Photo Paper is what we should use in our HP inkjet printer. The paper is thicker and 99% of the time gets picked up by the HP printer. Other photo paper that we have used has been thinner. We also notice that the ink dries faster on the HP Photo paper. It is the only photo paper we will purchase now. 5 |

I was a bit hesitant on getting this printer, given i have a HP photo printer, but i'm so glad i did as their picture quality is far better than the HP Photo printer i have. So much so, my mom went out and got herself one after i did a comparison of the two pictures from both printers. 5 |

I needed a printer and after some research I settled on this one. I read all the reviews I could find on it and based on the fact that I already had an hp laptop that has been trouble free I bought it. Setup was a breeze. Follow the instructions people. I'm in my 70's and not real techie. I went step by step just like hp said and in less then 10 minutes from opening the box I was in operation. Sharp crisp print, and I can print from my phone up on the second floor without a hitch. 5 |

Great help from HP and awesome printer so far- prefer reviews 2-5 months after use and ownership but it works- HP tech helped me install the drivers and printer- i mess it up always! 5 |
