This RAID system is extremely fast, which is great for video work. I like the flexibility of the SoftRAID software, and the possibility of future expansion. Installation of the supplied hard drives went without a hitch, and it booted right up. I've used several OWC products, and I've been really happy with all of them. The only negative is that it would be nice to have a longer Thunderbolt cable. The cost of a longer Thunderbolt cable can get pretty pricey. Other than that, I highly recommend this product. 5 |

This is a very expensive cable but well worth it if you need a Thunderbolt cable longer than 2 meters. Just plug it in and it works like a charm. 5 |

This dock delivers. One USB-C Thunderbolt cable to the HP laptop is all that is needed to drive 2 27 inch monitors, wireless mouse & keyboard, webcam, and a USB thumb drive.
