I am so glad that I found B&H for my refurbished laptop. I came to me quickly and in mint condition. I even got the optional HP Pen that I can use on the touch screen (this is a $50+ value). The only thing I am nervous about is the 3-month warranty, but at the price I think it's worth the risk. I would use B&H again for any future tech purchases. 5 |

I was looking for a carry on bag that had the TSA locked and this one has it. Also the inside compartment are useful to keep everything organized. I'm just hoping that on my next trip they won't break it or scratch it as I was reading in the others reviews. #sweepstakes 5 |

Great laptop for the price. It does everything that I want it to do and it is reasonably fast too. You can't beat the price and B&H support is second to none. I set up a Linux Mint dual boot right out of the box and it worked great. Be aware - no USB C. The power button is on the keyboard so the the cover has to be opened to power on in an external monitor setup. 5 |
